Does The Ruby allow children & pets?

Children and/or select pets are allowed at The Ruby at the owner’s discretion, typically with a refundable damages & cleaning deposit in place. Everyone (including pets!) must follow The Ruby’s HOA policies which are clarified in your rental agreement for no surprises.

Is The Ruby located in a convenient & connected location?

The Ruby offers secure, private garage parking and incredible walkability (90/100 score)! In addition, 900 South TRAX station in just one block away and serves Blue, Red, and Green lines. Bus routes include 9 and 200 for local connections. Store your bike in the garage and easily bike pretty much anywhere and the city and beyond.

What food, drinks & entertainment are near The Ruby?

Staying at The Ruby is ideal for foodies. Some of the best restaurants, breweries and bars in the city are within a block or two. Grab coffee at Blue Copper, a breakfast sandwich at Central 9th market, a cocktail at Water Witch, and dinner at Bar Nohm without ever leaving the neighborhood. If you’re headed to an event, chances are you’ll be minutes away. What amenities are included at The Ruby?

We’ve curated several creature comforts to make your stay enjoyable. Guests are greeted with a signature Ruby welcome basket with local favorites to get their stay off to a good start.

Settle into organic brushed cotton sheets each night and get cleaned up with Living proof® Hydrate, Detangle & Extend 4-Piece Hair Care Trial Kits and Aesop hand and body wash in each room. You’ll also find a T3 hair dryer in the primary suite.

Unwind with the gentle glow of Loftie Nightlights, designed to provide just enough light for nighttime wake-ups while keeping you sleepy, and 100+ calming audio tracks on the Loftie Clock and bluetooth speaker in each bedroom.

You’ll stay hydrated with an in-home humidifier and reverse-osmosis water filtration. Watch your favorite shows on one of two TVs complete with Apple TV and a bluetooth soundbar. And while the air in Salt Lake isn’t always as clear as we’d like, while at The Ruby, you can breathe easy, there is a Molekule air filter on each floor.

Stay polished with an in home washer and dryer and choose from the Nori Press or iron/ironing board. Better yet? Arrange for convenient dry cleaning pick-up and delivery with Continental Cleaners. Velvet hangers and luggage racks can be found in the walk-in-closets.

Can I rent The Ruby for less than 30 days?

How many bedrooms & bathrooms?

The Ruby has three bedrooms and four bathrooms including a powder bath on the main living floor. As currently setup, there are two main suites (one king and one queen) with en suite full bathrooms and large walk in closets.
